Rochele Hopkins is a Client Services Manager supporting EA’s US Sales team. As Client Services Manager, Rochele provides location analysis, market research assistance and software support to clients to address their current or future business needs. With joining EA, she brings 3+ years of Technical Support and Customer Service with Nielsen Consumer Activation where she provided software maintenance and client training with their various Site Location & Analysis applications. Over 15 years of Sales, Client Relations, Service Management and Hardware/Software support in various industries. Rochele has her Associate degree in Applied Science – Culinary Arts-Restaurant Management from Illinois Institute of Arts Chicago.
