Sharon Brown

Biography

Sharon Brown is a Senior Consultant at Environics Analytics. With over 25 years of experience in CRM—focusing on acquiring customers to maximizing customer loyalty, engagement and profitability—she helps clients develop and leverage insights from data to grow their business. Earlier in her career, Sharon led the account services team at OgilvyOne and served as Director of Response Marketing at ING Direct. Prior to joining EA, Sharon headed her own consultancy practice, designing strategies for customer communications and loyalty programs. Sharon has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto.
