Biography
As Acting Director of Client Advocacy in Environics Analytics’ retail, media and real estate practice, Stephanie McIsaac manages a team of client advocates to ensure EA customers receive high-quality solutions to their business challenges. She oversees all team projects, including managing resource allocation and scheduling, determining project scope, planning and monitoring progress, and communicating with clients and EA departments. She also analyzes data and creates detailed reports and presentations to help clients better understand their customers and markets. Stephanie previously held positions in fundraising at the Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation, in operations at Canada’s Wonderland and in marketing at Women of Influence. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Guelph and a Business Administration diploma from Humber College. She also holds a Research Analyst postgraduate certificate from Georgian College and is a Certified Marketing Research Professional.
