Biography
As Director of Client Advocacy in the finance, insurance, telecommunications and travel (FITT) practice, Uschi Erne manages a team of client advocates who help customers leverage EA research and analysis into successful marketing programs. She oversees the team’s activities, including project management, guidance on approaches to solutions and client interaction. Originally a member of EA’s Custom Research department, Uschi made the transition to a client-facing role in 2011 as a Client Advocate in the FITT practice. She has since worked with numerous customers across her team’s industries, acting as project lead on data-intensive engagements and working to uncover critical consumer patterns that help reach untapped markets. Uschi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in GIS and geography from Queen’s University, and a Master of Spatial Analysis from Ryerson University.
