Biography
A member of the Data Development team, Xianping Liu, Ph.D., is Research Director, Behavioural Data supporting the development of retail and financial database and segmentation products. Formerly a Senior Statistician with Generation5, he performed predictive modelling for postal code-level databases and used advanced mathematical methodologies to enhance data products. With more than a decade of industry experience, Xianping holds doctorate and master’s degrees in applied mathematics from the University of Western Ontario. He also worked as a postdoctoral research associate in The David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science at University of Waterloo.
