Biography
Zane Patel brings his background in survey-based research to his role as a Senior Client Advocate in EA’s financial, insurance, telecommunications and travel practice. By creating detailed target group profiles and reports on customers and markets, he provides clients with data-based customer insights to help them meet their marketing goals. Before joining EA, Zane served as a research manager at Ipsos Reid, where he oversaw research operations for a large Canadian grocery chain, and a brand performance tracker for a U.S. brewery conglomerate. He received an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
