Co-lead of sea-ice data assimilation project (collaboration with the Canadian Ice Service) Research lead for testing and implementation of new data assimilation approach (En-Var) in the operational Global Deterministic Prediction System Research grant and journal paper reviews. Associate editor for the journal "Monthly Weather Review" since January, 2006
Research Interest
Contributing to Environment Canada's mandate to improve meteorological forecasts by improving the use of atmospheric observations in the global analysis system.
