Biography
Ms. Helen Sinclair has been a director since 2008. She is founder and chief executive officer of BankWorks Trading Inc. and its business television network (BCN.tv), and is a former president of the Canadian Bankers Association. She holds an MA (Economics) from the University of Toronto and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. Ms. Sinclair is currently a director on the boards of the TD Bank Financial Group, and a trustee of Davis and Henderson Income Fund. She has also served as senior vice president, Planning and Legislation, at Scotiabank, and on the boards of a number of public policy and adjudicative bodies.
