Biography
Mr. Ruch joined Equitable as Vice-President and Chief Compliance Officer in 2013. Immediately prior to joining Equitable, he was Vice-President, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Privacy Officer of ResMor Trust Company. Dan has over 20 years of both senior corporate and management consulting experience in governance, risk, compliance and operations. Mr. Ruch holds an MBA from McMaster University and B.A. (Economics) from York University. Dan is also a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors - Rotman Directors Education Program. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors with the ICD.D designation.
