Alan Goldsmith is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who believes that everyone can accomplish their health and fitness goals with proper guidance and instruction. Alan became dedicated to his own physical fitness goals twelve years ago when lack of muscle tone and flexibility challenged his ability to maintain an active lifestyle. With a strong desire but limited knowledge of exercise, Alan became a student of fitness and studied countless professional fitness journal articles and blogs. Practicing various workout routines to find the ideal program for his body, Alan discovered a passion for physical fitness prescription and now as a certified trainer dedicates his practice to helping others obtain their goals. Alan’s training regimen centers around helping others lose weight, gain strength, and get fit by focusing on form, active movement, flexibility, and, most importantly, motivation.
