Biography
Since 1984, Mr. St-Jacques has been a director of the Company. He is a retired chartered accountant and graduated from Laval University in 1970. Mr. St-Jacques was a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec until 2010 as well as a partner with Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche between 1982 and 2007.
