Biography
Mr. David Ades has been a General Manager for Canada at Banc of America Merchant Services, LLC since June 2014. Mr. Ades served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Moneris Solutions Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Ades served as Senior Vice President of Sales of Moneris Solutions Corporation and its subsidiary, Ernex Marketing Technologies Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Ades was responsible for Sales, Relationship Management, Alliance Management, Client Retention, Third Party Channel Management, and Client Integrations in Canada. Mr. Ades has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Ades served as Vice President and General Manager of Delphi Solutions, Canada's largest reseller of Mitel telephony equipment. Before that, he held a variety of key sales management positions at American Express Canada, in Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto. He worked for 10 years with Amex and played a significant role in growing its market share and revenues in the Travel Management Services group being responsible for leading teams of sales and relationship managers who sold Corporate Card and Corporate Travel services to Canada's top Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Ades holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. He is a bilingual native of Montreal.
