Biography
Mr. Brent Petterson is Chief Financial Officer, Director of Eureka Resources Inc. He is a chartered professional accountant and operates his own private consulting company, MBP Management Ltd. Mr. Petterson spent 20 years in public practice with Wolrige Mahon, Chartered Accountants, and Amisano Hanson, Chartered Accountants, both based in Vancouver, B.C. He has extensive experience working with public mineral exploration companies and is currently the chief financial officer of Nevada Sunrise Gold. He has served as a director and/or officer of several TSX Venture Exchange-listed mineral exploration companies since 2007.
