Biography
Brandon joined Extendicare in May 2017 as Vice President and General Counsel. In his role, Brandon has overall responsibility for all legal matters affecting the company as well as a key role in strategy development and execution. Prior to joining Extendicare he was a senior legal executive and business strategist helping enterprises of different sizes and maturity in a variety of industries. Brandon has served as VP and General Counsel of Centric Health and as a lead attorney within the corporate headquarters of Direct Energy - the North American arm of British Gas. Brandon began his legal career at Torys LLP after obtaining his law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1998. Brandon also has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor which he received in 1995.
