Biography
Deborah joined Extendicare in 2006 as Vice President, ParaMed. In 2008 she also assumed the roles of Vice President, Human Resources and SGP Purchasing Partner Network. In her current role as Vice President, Human Resources, she oversees a team of Human Resource professionals who support the employee and labour relations management of more than 23,000 employees in seven provinces. Deborah also played a key role with the acquisition in the home care division. Before joining Extendicare, Deborah worked in the Staffing and Insurance industries in Operational Management, Sales and Marketing capacities. She has her Corporate coaching Certification as well as a Green Belt in Lean Health Care.
