Mark Lugowski

Biography

Mark A. Lugowski joined Extendicare in March, 2016, serving as Vice President of Esprit Lifestyle Communities. In his role, Mark oversees all aspects of Operations, Brand Development and Service Delivery to the Esprit portfolio of Communities. Prior to joining Extendicare, Mark held a variety of progressive leadership positions in the Retirement Home Sector. Most recently, Mark served as Vice President of Operations Excellence and Service Innovation, and Vice President of Operations for Amica Mature Lifestyles. Mark has dedicated his career to the retirement living sector. Starting in a frontline position he has moved his way through a variety of roles at both the retirement community and corporate levels gaining valuable experience in retirement community management human resources and regional operations. In addition to his work in retirement community operations Mr. Lugowski has served as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Ontario Retirement Communities Association. Mark holds a B.A. from Dalhousie University, and an MBA from the University of Fredericton.
