Biography
Alycia has been with the firm for more than 20 years, and was appointed Managing Partner, Tax, in 2014. She also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Previously, Alycia made a big impact as EY’s Transaction Tax Leader.
Research Interest
She has worked in several EY offices, including London, Calgary and Toronto. Alycia has in-depth experience with the structuring of royalty trusts and income funds, acquisitions of Canadian public and private corporations, advising on post-acquisition restructuring and the provision of tax due diligence services. She serves on the executive committee of the Canadian Tax Foundation and is a Technical Editor for CA Magazine.
