Massimo Marinelli

Biography

Massimo Marinelli was appointed Managing Partner for Assurance Services in Canada in 2017. He leads a team of 150 partners focused on providing high-quality, insightful and industry-focused assurance services to EY's public, private and government clients. Massimo is a senior partner with over 25 years of experience and sits on the firm's Executive Committee. He leads EY's audit transformation journey in Canada, as the firm continuously innovates to meet the evolving demands of business, regulators and investors.

Research Interest

While managing all aspects of EY's Assurance Practice, Massimo continues to help clients navigate the quickly-changing financial and reporting environment and is the client serving partner for multi-national public clients. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Partner of Assurance Services in Central Canada, and served clients primarily in the power and utilities, real estate, retail, automotive and mining industries.
