Biography
Professor Morgan joined the FDU Criminal Justice Program faculty as an Adjunct Professor in January, 2014. He has professional experience in both state and local law enforcement as well as over ten years in the private sector. Professor Morgan specializes in Information Systems and Systems Interoperability. He currently works as a Detective for the Passaic County Prosecutors Office. He previously worked with the State of New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness as a Principal Planner in the Planning and Project Management Bureau. Professor Morgan holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Raritan Valley Community College, an undergraduate degree in Information Systems with a minor in Applied Mathematics from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, as well as a Master’s Degree in Information Systems.
