Biography
Dr. Jungsuwadee started as the associate professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences for the School of Pharmacy in July 2015. As an associate professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dr. Jungsuwadee teaches pharmacology and medicinal chemistry in an integrated manner in several integrated pharmacotherapy sequence classes. Dr. Jungsuwadee also provides mentoring as well as advising student pharmacists. Before joining FDU, Dr. Jungsuwadee was a director of Integrated Sequences and an assistant professor of Pharmacology at Roosevelt University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Jungsuwadee also served as an adjunct research assistant professor in the Graduate Center for Toxicology, College of Medicine, Kentucky University. Dr. Paiboon Jungsuwadee received his bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy from Faculty of Pharmacy in Thailand, and his Doctoral degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Vienna, Austria. Subsequently, Dr. Jungsuwadee completed a two postdoctoral fellowships at the National Jewish Medical and Research Center and at the Graduate Center for Toxicology, College of Medicine, Kentucky University, respectively. He also completed a Certificate of Clinical and Translational Science at the College of Medicine, Kentucky University.
