Biography
Andrew has served as the section head of Cardiac Ultrasound at the Royal Columbian Hospital. He is registered with the American Registry of Medical Diagnostic Sonographers (ARMDS) and Canadian Association of Registered Diagnostic Ultrasound Professionals (CARDUP), and was the lead performer of a variety of advanced cardiac ultrasound procedures including stress test and cardiac resynchronization studies. Andrew successfully completed his NASPE exam for advanced pacemaker technology in 2000; earned a diploma of Cardiovascular Technology and Cardiology Technology Certification at BCIT in 1993 -1994, and a BSc. in Biochemistry (Minor in Biology), at Simon Fraser University in 1992. Andrew has 17 years experience in cardiac ultrasound, cardiac cathlabs, pacemaker clinics and non-invasive electrocardiography.
