Biography
Jocelyn VanKoughnet of Carman, Man., was first elected to the FCL Board in 2012. She represents 13 retail co-operatives in FCL’s district 14, which covers south-central and southwestern Manitoba.As an FCL Director, Jocelyn chairs the Board’s Human Resources Committee and participates on the Code of Conduct and Ethics Committee. In addition, she serves on the advisory committee to the Chair in Co-operative Enterprises at the University of Winnipeg.Jocelyn has been a member of the Carman Co-op Board of Directors from 2004 until 2016 and served as the Board’s Secretary for seven years.
