Biography
Joe Bowhay of Mountain View County, Alta., was elected to the Board of FCL in 2017. Joe represents the four retail co-operatives in FCL’s district 5, which covers parts of southern Alberta.As an FCL Director, Joe is a member of the Board’s Human Resources Committee. Joe was elected to the Westview Co-op Board of Directors in 2013 and served as the Co-operative’s President for three years. He worked as a firefighter for the City of Calgary Fire Department for 32 years. At the time of his retirement, he held the position of Captain.
