Biography
Scott is Chief Executive Officer of Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL), a position he has held since February 2010. Scott joined FCL in 2002 as the Legal Affairs Manager. In November 2004, he was appointed to the position of Vice-President, Corporate & Legal Affairs.In his leadership role at FCL, Scott has initiated a values-based, collaborative and forward-focused approach to doing business. He and his leadership team are championing and implementing new approaches to talent management, business processes, technology, branding and business development. He is also a passionate advocate of Co-ops and their ability to improve communities.
