Biography
Philip K.R. Pascall Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Pascall graduated from Sussex University in England with an honours degree in Control Engineering, and later completed an MBA at the University of Cape Town. He worked in general management positions in South Africa from 1973; and in the mining industry there from 1977 with RTZ, and E.L. Bateman, and from 1981, in Australia. He was the Project Manager of the Argyle Diamond Project and then Executive Chairman and part-owner of Nedpac Engineering between 1982 and 1990.
