Biography
Dr. Laura Major (DVM) graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College with honours in 2008 and has been practicing veterinary medicine in Calgary since that fall. She has always had a passion for emergency medicine and surgery. After 2 years in general practice she found her home here at Fish Creek Pet Hospital in the fall of 2010. She continues to love the challenges of emergency medicine and has also developed a special interest in veterinary dentistry. She lives here in Calgary with her two cats Mirage and Karma, and her goofy rescue dog Echo, who is also a life saving blood donor for our clinic.
