Biography
Dr. Troy Bourque (B.Sc, DVM) Troy is originally from Fredericton, New Brunswick. He received this Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from the Atlantic Veterinary College in Charlottetown, P.E.I.. Dr. Bourque moved to Alberta in 2000 and is practicing in Okotoks. He joined Fish Creek in October 2014. Troy is has been involved with the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association (ABVMA) for several years. He has been on numerous committees, council and was president of the ABVMA in 2010. He is also currently the Vice-President of the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association and represents Alberta Veterinarians at the national level. Troy enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but as a keen interest in surgery. He is also a very passionate photographer.
