Biography
Mr. Cochlan is a partner at the law firm of Torys LLP, a highly respected international business law firm, and is co-head of Torys’ Calgary office and the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets Practice. Mr. Cochlan practices securities and corporate law, with an emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Cochlan holds a law degree from the University of Calgary and a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Cochlan has received a number of recognitions as a leading lawyer in his practice areas and is recognized internationally as a leading Canadian corporate finance lawyer.
