Bill is a seasoned operations professional with 30 years of technical and management accomplishments and 15 years of consulting successes across multiple industry sectors.  Bill assists companies improve their operational process to result in improved operating margins, reduced time to market, improved cost and schedule control, improved quality, and improved project visibility. Bill provides an insightful assessment of the root issues and then, based on that assessment, assists clients with improving their operational effectiveness.
