Biography
Anders Wold is the President & CEO of Global Ultrasound and a GE Corporate Officer. GE Ultrasound is a global market leader with $3B revenue. The business unit includes 13 global R&D centers and factories with approximately 3,500 employees and more than 40 products. Anders has 30 years of experience in Ultrasound, including product management, sales & marketing positions, and general management roles, based in Singapore, Paris and Norway. He has been leading the Global Ultrasound business since 2009. Anders graduated from the Norwegian Military Academy in 1978 and completed his BSc in Biomedical Electronics from the University of Salford, UK, in 1983. He was President-elect for ANSA -Norwegian Student Abroad and did his business studies at BI, Oslo School of Economics 1988.
