Kathleen L. Keller-Hobson was a Partner at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP. Ms. Keller-Hobson was a Partner at Bennett Jones LLP since October 2011. Ms. Keller-Hobson, a corporate director, held a distinguished 35-year career as a Senior Business Lawyer providing strategic advice on significant transactions, critical business issues and risk management. She advised senior management, boards of directors and special committees on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance and shareholder activism. She has broad international experience, including extensive involvement in cross-border transactions. She established and managed the London, England office of Torys' LLP for nearly 10 years, where she Independent practised law for 25 years including nine years as Managing Partner of its London, England office. She has been an Independent Director of Premium Brands Holdings Corporation since May 06, 2015. She has been a Director at Greater Toronto Airports Authority since October 6, 2017. She has been an Independent Director of CCL Industries Inc. since January 1, 2015 and serves as its Non Executive Lead Director. Ms. Keller-Hobson obtained her Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Ottawa in 1979.
