Biography

Mr. Brett Proud co-founded GuestLogix Inc. and has been its Consultant since September 16, 2015. Mr. Proud served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of GuestLogix Inc. from October 5, 2012 to September 16, 2015. Mr. Proud served as an Executive Vice President of New Markets & Products at GuestLogix Inc. from 2010 to October 05, 2012 and also served as its Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Client Support. He served as an Executive Vice President of Global Sales at GuestLogix Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of Retail Development of GuestLogix Inc. since February 2008. Mr. Proud has over 20 years of experience in both supply chain planning and retail operations. He has significant professional services experience in the information technology sector, including senior positions with Silverline Technologies, Mastech, Keane Inc. and Accenture. He has successfully managed growth at both small and large technology companies. He served as a Vice President of Business Development of GuestLogix Inc. until February 2008. Mr. Proud served as Vice President and General Manager of Silverline Technologies, Inc., Canada from July 1999 to November 1999. He served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Silverline Technologies Ltd since November 1999. He served as President of Mastech Systems Corporation, Keane, Canada and he held a senior position at Andersen Consulting. In 1997, he established a 250-person software development centre for Keane Inc. in Halifax by negotiating for $3+ million in job-creation funding from the Nova Scotia government. Mr. Proud served as an Interim Chairman of GuestLogix Inc. since February 2015 and Director from January 31, 2008 to September 16, 2015. Mr. Proud holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
