Biography
Dr. Juergen Krause is the Director of Business Development and responsible for project management, strategic direction and expansion as well as collaborative aspects of the business. He is an Acting Dean at the UPEI School of Business and has significant expertise in industry best practices and strategic portfolio management. Before moving into education, Dr. Krause spent twenty-two years in the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical industry. He worked for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals in both the European and United States offices before joining Millennium Pharmaceuticals in Cambridge, Massachusetts as Vice President of R&D Strategy & Operations. During his career in industry, he served in senior and executive positions in research and development, manufacturing and quality management, project management, pipeline and portfolio management and strategy development.
