Biography
Geologist with 18 years of exploration experience covering a wide variety of geological environments and exploration techniques. Broad experience in the search for and evaluation of sediment-hosted Central African Copperbelt-style mineralization in Zambia, the DRC and the Republic of Congo. Has gained specific knowledge and insights into the controls of mineralisation in the under-explored sedimentary basin currently being evaluated by Handa Copper. Has also managed the execution of drilling programs from regional exploration through to bankable feasibility studies. Key contributor to the team that received the 2015 PDAC Thayer Lindsley Award for the discovery of the Kamoa copper deposit in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
