Bart is a dynamic senior HazMat Specialist (NFPA 472) with 28 years’ experience as a dedicated environmental services & emergency management consultant.  His career is based on the comprehensive management of hazardous materials, site remediation, & project management within the emergency preparedness marketplace.  He has spent the past 20 years as a recognized Subject Matter Expert & Hazmat Specialist throughout Canada & is acknowledged for his well defined understanding of the business-technology interface & his capability to identify & align clients’ needs with solutions & services.
