Biography
Fiona McDougall is the Senior Vice President, Operations at Ironshore Pharmaceuticals and Development Inc. Ms. McDougall has more than seventeen years of executive experience in strategic planning, business operations and project management in the health care and pharmaceuticals industries. Prior to joining Ironshore, Fiona held CEO and VP roles at health care consulting firms providing strategy and operations consulting services, advising clients on operational efficiency and delivering meaningful results for patients and stakeholders. Ms. McDougall has an Honors Bachelor degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
