Nelson Isabel

Biography

 Nelson Isabel serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining Ironshore, Mr. Isabel spent seven years at Biovail Corporation (now Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc.), Canada’s largest publicly traded pharmaceutical company, where he served on its Finance Leadership Team and was responsible for all investor relations and corporate communication activities. Prior to Biovail, Mr. Isabel was an equity research analyst covering the Canadian healthcare industry with CIBC World Markets and with Desjardins Securities.  Mr. Isabel has a B.Sc. in Experimental Animal Physiology and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. He has been a CFA Charter holder since 2002.
