Biography
As executive director of the Home Instead Senior Care Foundation, Roger Baumgart provides strategic leadership for the Foundation. Before transitioning into his current role, Roger held various positions at Home Instead, Inc., including vice president of Franchise Support, senior vice president, chief operating officer, and president and CEO. Roger brings small business, entrepreneurial and franchise experience to his work, having learned franchising during a five-year stint with Mail Boxes Etc. Roger served as vice president of Operations for a Midwest grocery store chain. He also owned and operated an Omaha grocery store and was president of the Nebraska Retail Grocers Association.
