Biography
As vice president of Performance Solutions, Vicki Castleman leads the Learning Development, Leadership Development and operational expert teams. Performance Solutions exists to simplify and optimize franchise operations. Before her current role, Vicki served as managing director for the corporate-owned franchises. Vicki earned her bachelor’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Vicki joined Home Instead, Inc. in 2009 after her mother became a CAREGiver for a local franchise office. Her mother’s career as a CAREGiver inspired Vicki to learn more about the Home Instead Senior Care mission. Intrigued by the company and its mission, Vicki embarked on a new journey after spending 17 years in the credit card industry.
