Biography
Responsible for the legal function of the Company. Career History and Key Accomplishments Mr. Girgulis joined the Company in 1994 and was appointed to the position of Vice President, Legal & Corporate Secretary at Husky in 2000. He was previously General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Husky Oil Ltd. In 2012, he was made Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. Education Mr. Girgulis graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology in 1978 and from the University of Alberta Law School with an LL.B. in 1981. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) in 2005.
