Biography

Mr. Erich Clementi has been Senior Vice President of IBM Global Markets at International Business Machines Corporation since January 20, 2017. Mr. Clementi served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Distribution of IBM Canada Ltd. and International Business Machines Corporation until January 20, 2017. Mr. Clementi served as the Chief of Global Technology Services Unit at International Business Machines Corporation. He served as Chief of struggling technology-services unit of International Business Machines Corporation until 2014. Mr. Clementi served as Senior Vice President of Global Technology Services at IBM Canada Limited. He began his career with IBM in Italy in 1984. He held various positions in IBM’s sales, marketing & engineering functions in Eastern Europe and Germany, before he was appointed Vice President Enterprise Systems Group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in the United Kingdom. Mr. Clementi served as Senior Vice President of Global Technology Services at International Business Machines Corporation from 2010 to November 2014. Mr. Clementi served as General Manager of Enterprise Initiatives of International Business Machines Corp. since February 2009. Mr. Clementi has a great deal of experience in managing large business divisions and strategic processes, in particular in designing innovative realignments to take advantage of growth opportunities.
