Biography
Jerry McGuire, CFO of Icogenex, has over 20 years of experience in guiding the financial affairs of technology companies. For the last 11 years he has worked as a consulting CFO for over 20 early-stage biotechnology and software companies. During this time, he advised such companies as Darwin Molecular, Aeiveos, CEPTYR, Inc., Activate.net, Chronology Corp. and Captura. Previously, he held executive positions with SeaMED Corporation and Source Technologies and was a consultant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California.
