Biography
Floyd joined ICR in 2010 after 15 years of hotel/motel management, hotel/motel maintenance, property management and caretaking. He has a great attitude and is accommodating to clients and ICR personel alike. With his experience he’s seen and done it all when it comes to property maintenance and claims his best skill is keeping Property Managers out of hot water. Floyd is an integral part of ICR' Property Management Team. Floyd is a Certified Engineering Technologist, is involved with CIMM and OCET, has both met and spoken with the Queen, and has had beers with Prince Phillip.
