Biography
Howard Grosfield is currently the Executive Vice President, US Consumer Marketing Services at American Express. Prior to this, Mr. Grosfield served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Bank of Canada and President and General Manager of American Express Canada Inc. from May 2010 to February 2016. Prior to this, he was the Vice President and General Manager, International Business Services. Before joining American Express in 2004, Mr. Grosfield spent several years as a Principal with The Boston Consulting Group and was also a lawyer with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Toronto. Mr. Grosfield is a member of Indigo’s Human Resources, Compensation and Governance Committee.
