Biography
Fraser Stark is responsible for serving Influitive’s customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and building out the company’s presence in those markets. Prior to this, he was VP of Talent, which saw him lead recruiting, people management, and employee experience. His first role at Influitive was as Chief of Staff, working closely with the CEO on a wide variety of strategic and operational issues. Fraser started his career as a management consultant with Bain & Co., working out of the Toronto office with clients around the U.S. and in a wide variety of industries. In addition to Bain, he has also worked in real estate development and helped found two cleantech startups. Fraser earned his MBA from the Stanford GSB and an undergraduate business degree from Ivey at Western University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Nature Conservancy of Canada, helping to protect Canada’s most important lands and species. Fraser spends as much time outside as possible, usually attached to a board, a kite, a boat or a bike.
