Anne Cliche

Biography

 Anne Cliche joined Innergex in June 2011 as Vice President, Organizational Development and Talent Management. Since that time, she has been appointed Vice-President, Human Resources, in 2015. Ms. Cliche works closely with the Senior Management Committee to implement the Corporation's strategic plan. She is also responsible for the development and implementation of human resources strategies, programs and tools, as well as optimizing the Corporation's organizational structure to support its growth.   Prior to joining Innergex, Ms. Cliche worked for three years as an independent consultant specializing in organizational development and change management. From 2005 to 2008, Ms. Cliche held the position of National Director of Organizational Development at Saputo. Previously, Ms. Cliche was the National Director of Operations and Project Management of Microcell's Corporate Communications team from 2000 to 2003 and was the National Director of Sales and Customer Service at Fido from 1996 to 2003. 1999. Ms. Cliche holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Université Laval (1983).
