Biography
Ms. Théberge joined the Innergex team in 2010 as Director Corporate Legal and Corporate Secretary. She was appointed Vice-President, Corporate Legal Affairs and Secretary in 2015. In this role, she works closely with the Board of Directors and the management team in the development and implementation of corporate practices. governance. Prior to joining Innergex, Ms. Théberge has extensive experience as a director of legal affairs and senior legal counsel with major Quebec companies such as Cascades and Bombardier, and as a private practice within a Montreal firm. Ms. Théberge holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université de Montréal and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1992.
