Yves Baribeault Ing.

Biography

 Yves Baribeault joined Innergex in 2009 as Director of Legal Services and was promoted to Senior Director, Legal, Operations and Administration in 2011. He was appointed Vice President, Legal Affairs, Operations and Projects in 2015. Mr. Baribeault is responsible for managing the legal activities related to the operation and development of the company.   Mr. Baribeault has more than 24 years of experience as a lawyer. Prior to joining Innergex, Mr. Baribeault worked at Air Liquide Canada Inc. for over 12 years, where he held positions of growing responsibility and ultimately that of Assistant Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel. Previously, he was Head of Labor Relations at GUS Canada and worked in private practice for various firms in Montreal. Mr. Baribeault holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering (1986) and a bachelor's degree in law (1990) from the Université de Sherbrooke, and a master's degree in business administration (finance and international management) from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales of Montreal (1998). He has been a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec since 1986 and of the Barreau du Québec since 1991.
