Research Interest
The Sun team's research focuses on the design of nanostructured and multifunctional materials dedicated to clean, renewable energy technologies. More specifically, our research interests are mainly focused on four themes: Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology: Synthesis, Characterization and Properties of N-doped N-Carbon Nanotubes (NTC) and N-Doped Graphene, Nanostructures of Metals and Their Oxides, and Nanocomposites Through the Wire, Tube and Layer Particle Range . Production and storage of non-polluting energy: PEM fuel cells (PEMFC), lithium batteries, solar cells. Basic electrochemistry, and chemistry of surfaces and interfaces. The structure-property interrelationships of nanostructured materials.
