Biography
Nasser Massoud holds the position of Executive Board Director at InterHealth Canada where he is responsible for transactions and corporate development worldwide. Mr. Massoud holds academic and professional qualifications in a broad range of disciplines: Master in Finance, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Chartered Engineer, Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Master in Construction Economics and Management, and Bachelors in Civil Engineering. During his association with InterHealth Canada, Mr. Massoud led the negotiations and financial closure on the PPP in Orthopaedics at Runcorn and Kidderminster. In the last year, he led several transactions in the UK, Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, Eastern Europe and the Caribbean. He has facilitated the establishment of InterHealth’s strategy of its products/ services and markets; and has introduced corporate-level restructuring.
